Codebook Generation
What
The aim of the codebook is to describe the contents, structure and layout of collected data. During the generation process, the data of a study will be condensed into a single CSV file, alongside a PDF codebook, to make it easy for researchers to understand what is going on.
How
These files can be generated and downloaded on the Data page of any study.
Note that they can only be generated once every minute.
Outcome
After the generation, you will be provided with a zip file in your default downloads folder. After unzipping, you should have 2 files, namely codebook.pdf and data.csv.
data.csv is a condensed file for your study whereas the codebook.pdf describes the CSV file.
